Demilitarized Zones

Can someone provide me the logistics of a demilitarized zone?

Yeah. The people that own the land can't use military shit on them, or overthem (i.e. no fly zones).

The only exception to the rule is USA. Who can fly anywhere, and put tanks anywhere. There must be somthing that gives them that right in the UN?

No I don't know what's being asked. Are you talking about how they are supplied (logistics) or how they are established?

They're typically established by cease fire agreements between two belligerents. The Korean War and the Gulf War have not ended, technically speaking.
